Calexico Gateway Center

Calexico Gateway Center (CGC) is a master-planned industrial development totaling over 1.1 million square feet of warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution space. Phase 1, comprising of 355,000 square feet, was completed in November 2024 and is now available for lease.

Designed with efficiency and sustainability in mind, CGC features temperature-controlled warehouse spaces powered by dedicated solar energy systems for each tenant. The project also includes designated truck and trailer parking for every unit, offering an ideal solution for logistics and cross-border operations.
